I like this piece, love the colors too, especially the backdrop. Just two minor things that bothered me at first sight: The style of the top of the trees is somehow differenf from everything else. It's a bit disturbing. The other thing is the fountain. It feels tilted, I think the perspective is different. But I could be wrong there. Nice work anyway.

Certain things are there because of the way it has to be programmed. For example the small rocks are there so that users can't get behind the stalls. The rest of your comments I found hard to understand, but thanks nonetheless.

For the record I think it looks awesome. I love the colors, even if there ARE way too many of them.

and some other as I read in 1 or 2 interview OK more crit:
tables are too small and if you put them near to the bench, must be the opposite !
entrances have some sort of strange dithering as walls, that dithering must be in another direction ! have one light line in water area which make water like she is level over wood door ! if you put some sort of parapet will be better because now some animals can fall from second floor, joking but have one strange yellow path which finish over first cave which going to nowhere ! Must think more for the depth of the brown wall ! Have some sort of big stones near the tables, but in the wall have only some sort of very small stones which are irritating .
have many another mistakes, but important is that colours of that sort keep the eyes of the peoples and this is good because the graph complete his assigment :)

One question because I can't understand you are artist or you are manager ? I hate repetition of the object ... else they are nice, but that clouds and backgrounds aren't in style of the work as ISO ;)

5 colors short of getting the axe. 
Also if something does get sent back people will no longer be able to see it.

I will not accept a submission with over 256 colours... sorry Spire. I can only see this possible if alternative tools were used, such as transparency for instance. It's great, but some of it is not pixel art ^^ The thing saying spire has about 250 colors alone, and the whole image has 1500+Keywords
