You don't need picture editing software to visit a website :P

P.S. I've seen you on Serebii, and this is just a friendly warning: PJ won't accept your fusions, splices, recolors, or anything that was not created purely by your hand. Therefore, scratches, which by the name is implied are created purely by hand, will be accepted, but most likely not without going through a lot of critique. Don't take offense to this, everyone receives critique on their pieces, not just you.

With that said, I like your pre-evolution, but maybe you could make the neck a little thicker? It looks like it's about to snap with the weight of the head right now :P

Could you remove the white background and replace it with transparant?
