Nothing flame deserving here.Nice little piece.
Could do with some interal AA and the external AA is not perfect so you could probably do to look at a tutorial or few.

Yes, AA is antialiasing. He means do the AA INSIDE the skull as well because some parts look sharp inside, like the outline of the cranium.
