I don't even know any program with such a function like lowering the the color count. As I see you ain't too welcome to newcomers. My works is made with MS painter and max. zoom and placing pixels. Only thing I'm using is an example picture which I've zoomed too. What's so wrong with high amount of colors ? I saw pictures here with more colors too and they were okay. I just don't get it.

nor is 848 colours. This is being sent back for revision. Please use only pixel art skills and tools to create your pieces in the future. Also, lowering the colour count by using an automated colour reducing tool does not constitute this as pixel art.

10176 Colors isn't exactly what i would call Pixel Art.

Very nice :D Zoom in and youll see some ood white pixels on his head area... may want to fix that ;) and i dont think the 256colours-rule counts for this piece since its obviosly hand-pixeled... i thought the rule was to separate NPA from PA. As an example: http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/27946.htm Think the rule should count here because it loops like Not Pixel Art to many ppl including me.P.s. reminded me of C&C: tiberian sun... you know the GDI side in the game :P google it if you dont know what im talking about

Well, I saw somewhere a nice tutorial about how to make outlines "soft" ...but Im quite bad at it...next time I will try it. Sorry.

Not a bad take on that drawing. You used way more colors than were needed and the black lineart could have been colored. Still not too bad.
