Thanks for that example pic, shading is still a big problem for me. I didn't use a ref for this pic other then some anime picture from a book not a photo or anything like I think you all think.. sorry.

As for the piece itself, it's great for a first.

You probably snatched the shading from the reference picture (which we're waiting for) but it might have been better to use an artificial light source for the piece itself. Your breast has shading under it, which indicates that there's a light source above, yet the rest of the shading is as if the light came from the direction of the camera. It's not a big deal, just inconsistent since theres no background to explain the two light sources.

Also might want to ditch the inner black lines in favor of a darker tone of the skin color.

We demand reference picture. Not because anything is wrong here or is even needed for this pixel but because we simply wanna see a refernence picture                                 

Well it's not a real copy of myself, I'm far from being able to pixel anything to look realistic.. So the haircolor, glasses, big bewbs, big thighs and toy are only 'accurate'.

Hydronium is right about it being weird making ur own nipples but then you should have chosen a different angle... not that im forcing or anything XD its a great piece but i think you should decide between nipples and a jumpsuit whaha

I agree that a ref of your face might be useful, but the rest is quite personal i think...

Anyway, the linework looks nice, although i would remove the black outlines. I had problems with that too in the beginning, but you can also make the black lines thicker (like anime and cartoon drawings)... And as this is a self portrait I can't be sure, but didn't you make the back a little long?

I can understand not wanting to draw your own nipples, but it looks funny without them.  I think you could recolor those black lines on your back with the darkest skin tone.
