One of the main characters running animation for a game I'm making :). I'm very proud of the animation(even thought the arms may look strange), but the colors feels very boring and i haven't done a good job shading this thing :/... What do you think?

The boot seem to change size, but for the most
part everything 'flows' nicely. Good job!

I've always have problem choosing the right skin colors and tones :/.

yes. Skin is too bright. If it weren't for a game I would say its MUCH too small.

Looks good.
Speed works for me.
A bunch of brown pixels punch out in front of her with her left hand. Is she holding something?
Skin looks over bright and everything else could do with some more contrast.
