...in her uniform, of course. I call this finished. Tried to fix the pose a couple of times but after some failed attempts I gave up and returned to the original. This was my first try with a bit larger figure, and I'm quite satisfied. Done it with plenty of short sessions thus it may not be consequent in styles and I must confess I got lost with the cloth folds sometimes too. I'll probably come back to this piece. I'm sure I could work on this for years and still find things to improve, and I hope I will. The two blueish light grays are really unexploited, I know. Thanks for all who helped with her/his comments in the forum topic! Edit: Well, I couldn't retain myself. Shortened the legs and neck.

Please state all references; I'm not sure what page this (guy) is on but it's in the Imperial Guard Codex as well as a White Dwarf issue that came out around the same time.

This really turned out nice, I saw it in the forums. (but didn't comment). I really like the blocky shading, and I don't mind the long neck. It reminds me of Mannerism, a style of painting where body parts were exaggerated for effect.

As previously mentioned, neck and legs are a touch too long, but I didn't actually notice that at first.

You know how when you resize something you lose parts of details but keep others, and it ends up looking messy? I see a little bit of that look in her upper lip and some other various little bits. One thing is all the lone pixels sitting around, but I'm not sure more specifically what I'm seeing with her mouth.

Anyway, nice work!
