I don't agree with your result... You made it very stresfull because is very hard change something on picture, what make you happy... Nobody of you don't see me how I corectly cooperate with spray... If don't you reppraise your resolution, I would leave this challenge... 
BTW: Tell me, the pattern on road ang grass = how was been draw??? It's my and colleague work...

Pixel art implies that each pixel is placed by hand (no filters, paintbrushes, gradient fills, etc)."using the spray, then copying over it pixel by pixel is still cheating, and not allowed. just because you copied over something pixel by pixel doesnt make it right. if YOU didnt place the pixels, then it IS NOT considered pixel art here. thusly, i am sending this back.

OMG... Look, I using spray BUT only as "pattern" how look the dithering... And after I clicking pixelbypixel to finish... I don't see problem in my entry... Show me concrete area where I use strighly the spray for dithering...

Sorry, the Spray Tool isn't considered okay by the mods on PJ (to my knowledge). It's like a cheap method of dithering. The computer places the pixels for you, and you don't have direct control over where they end up (unlike when using the line tool or rectangle tool).

Against which rules??? I thing the spray tool from MSpaint is basic draw tool for pixelart... It's same as drawing graphic by tablet or mouse... With tablet you have better curves etc...But ok, we can wait for official result from mod...
