I don't like the transition between black and the poles. But nice dithering on other parts.

nice effects, and definitely  professional dithering.

the scene is really boring unfortunately, you need a lot to give it some character.

Cause it's not really that great.
It needs a lot more stuff in the scene to make it "very very very good".
To be honest, it's pretty boring. It's made well, but it's still boring.
Like littlesaphire said, it's bland and it needs more details.

It seems to me more like a WIP that a finished thing.

I have to agree that I think this one is better than your last.  I like the vivid colors you picked (because I just love saturation), but it's still pretty bland.  It needs some details.  Branches, brush, leaves in the middleground, maybe some trees in the foreground along the sides to frame the piece, a forest (or meadow, a house, some animals, whatever) in the background.  Just something to spice it up :3  Good luck.
