Tough guy in the alien jungle. Not one of my best but good enough I think. Originaly used for lo-res game splash screen. [I am looking for well payd freelance work, msg me if interested.]

The image is as old as Hall of fame itself I think :) Thats why some of my old pieces are so high in there.
I agree with you this isnt perfect (has some flaws) and there are much better pieces in HOL

don't mean to be a hater, not my style... but i don't agree this should be so praised. The proportions are bad, the shading isn't that good either, the composition and pose aren't that good either..

compare it to the rest of hall of fame pieces, and you will see the difference.

definitely a good start, but it needs a lot of work.

It's really nicely done, but to me the pose looks strange. Why is he stooping over? Why is his left arm so small? But the shading and use of color is perfect.

Gave it a 5. It's much better than I can do. But I am 12 and most people herea re much older than me so I guess I shouldn't feel so bad.

Me four! :-) But it reminds me more of the Starship Troopers. The pixel itself is just brilliant! Except the little smaller left hand, the rest is truly a masterpiece! I like his pose and the facial expression, just like if he wanted to say: "What the fu** is this?"

Sweet work here, awesome shading and design. The gradient in the background does irritate me a bit, but I'm not that much of a pixel purist to mark you down for it. ;)

Your shading is always really tight.  The left arm of the soldier does look a smidge too small, but other than that it looks fantastic.
