The lighting for the hair doesn't match the body and legs. Also, if you look at the arm on his stomach, the light outline's colour is between the orange t-shirt colour and the skin colour, which makes it appear like shading. The best thing to do with it is to get rid of the outline there and make it so that the orange directly meets the light skin colour.
