I am resubmitting  because I worked very hard on it and it was not approved

For you whom do not know I am Roconza and this is my original character,a small magical fox that with two tails.It is based on the Japanese mythological fox called a Kitsune

Ah, I see. Just try turning the thumbnail on or zooming out every so often. If in Paint, go to VIEW, ZOOM then SHOW THUMBNAIL and you should get a small popup of what you are working on.

I alway pick a color that looks dark  zoomed,see I alway do most of my work zoomed in I don't know if this is the problem.If you have any tips would more then welcome them.

Glad to see there not hard feeling,I alway have problems with contrast..I will make sure to work on that in future pixel,Thank you

This is very cute. Great job, it might need a little more contrast in your shades :)
