A goblin.. I know that the shadow that he drops is about as realistic as his anatomy but I'll fix that if I ever get around to placing him in an environment.

There; removed the AA shadow, and reduced the amount of colours used to 64.

This is not pixel-art. For an example: look att the smooth AA at the "base" the figure stands on and compare it to much of the rest AA. Clearly not done by hand. And yes, the color count is another proof...

Hmm, the piece contains several elements of pixel-art but not the entire picture.

Nice work. It looks like Yoda from Star Wars in >>goblin's visage/image<<. But I still like it. Good anatomy and face emote...Thing I dislike only is that grey circle under him....4/5 and fav'd
