Thank you for your tips and thoughts. I'm actually trying right now some things and been able to produce a few pieces that uses less than 10 colors but still make me happy. Again thank you.

Hello Casey! This is not bad for a practice piece. However, I think the point so politely and eloquently stated before, is that with so small a piece 43 colors is a bit more than precisely needed. I however, do not really agree. I'm all for using as many colors as you want but 43 is still a bit for this!

Just keep on practicing!

indeed, its a good practice, yet you still have to work on the color count of your pieces. 43 are way too many for such a simple and small pixel.
