Trying to challenge myself to do a few animations with this character. Very inspired by Gatts/Guts from the manga Beserk. I hope to do a few attack animations and then begin with some gore. The static image looks great!
I just expected a bit more from the animation.. (it took a while to load on this old silly computer)

I think the sword seems too stationary. It should be at a slightly greater angle to the ground when he stands still, because it should trail behind him more when he's walking. Still, great character and great concept.

I don't like the walking animation =(
If you had turned his body just a little on the moment of his walking putting his left hand in fron of us and his chest pointing at left he would be just great...
The character itself is cool....

And yea I am not the most right person to judge animations...

You need to make some animation for sword itself. Because it looks like sword is glued to something and soldier is trying to pull it out

Creo que deberías de usar transparencia, aunque igual sin ella se ve bien (pero realmente: la transparencia lo mejoraría bastante)
