NPA? Where? There's only 2 colours on this piece and, while it seems very simplistic, there's something to be said for design.

How is it NPA? The text on the preview pic was obviously scrawled and could be considered oekaki I guess, but the piece itself seems fine. It's very simple, sure, but there are a lot of very simple pieces on PJ. I don't get it. Seems like a pretty lousy attitude for a mod at any rate :/
