I love the Metroid games and I love Metroids themselves and this is an excellent piece. The animation fits really well and it looks perfect. Great job .

The teeth/fangs in the back look kinda odd without an outline.

Inspired by Squishy?  C'mon, you must know what a metroid is by now.  This is videogame 101 stuff.

Inspiration being something thats not what it is? Unlikely. It is inspired by a metroid's stationary pose for sure.

Also I don't see any stray pixels, unless you mean the second set of fangs, which are supossed to be there...

My thoughts on peoples thoughts... sorry.. Metroid Fan.

Reminds me of BlackDragon's Squishy piece. Inspiration? :/  Btw, I like the motion, but there's some yellow pixels beneath him.
