Anatomy and general pose of the characters are a bit off. she/he is more likely biting his upper lip... and the nose.... is weird how the nose is distorted by the white character's face.

May i suggest a better use of colors and shading also. the current one doesn't really work as it is not giving an idea of volume or depth.
