think of it like the aspect ratio of your dvd player.
yours would have to be either 133x100 or 100x75 not 100x100

hmm wat does the 4:3 mean???

it definitely does not fit within the 4:3 ratio the rules specify. I would also suggest working a bit more on this anyways because it lacks substance.
