"Rise from your grave to haunt the living once more with your mindless blathering about anime and such nonsense!" Ani-Pac is a podcast that rescently went six feet under. It was my favourite podcast. http://www.animepacific.blogspot.com/ The image is hi-res c64 settings. With only two colors being allowed to be used per 8x8 pixels. It uses 13 of the 16 colors that the c64 palette has to offer.

Oh but the name is a reference to altered beast indeed ;)
The actual picture has nothing to do with that game tho, the quote just fit the theme of the picture.
