It's done! I can't count the hours I've put into this one (at least 8-10). It's my most detailed pixelart and I guess this can be seen. It's based on a photo, palette is taken from the photo aswell.

I guess it won't be approved.
I had to come up with a less realistic version of it to get it approved...
I know it's very close to my reference but is that a fault?

Does look like somewhat of a color reduction. But I am not one to judge someone's work on something that I am unsure of.

It's a really nice piece and the dithering is fantastic. The colors fit great, but I don't like the choice of dark green underneath the folds on the green shirt, maybe lighten them up some. Overall it's a great piece and I can't find anything flawed within this. Can't wait to see the "step-by-step" animation. :)
