Thanks yes montpellier is very nice city with lot of students

the second picture is my reference because i like the colours that remember me, statues & backgrounds  in old games

Nice work. It lacks a bit of contrast in my opininon.  I think I would have kept the dark outlines. I really liked the wip blocky shading you had much better than the dithered version. Also some more interesting, nonmonochromatic palette would improve the piece too (and there are some pretty unused colors as well in your palette - i guess they are stray pixels). Not sure if it helps, but here are two quick and half-baked color edits.

Are the outlines traced? They fit your second reference picture quite well.
