I think the guitar is the best piece here. I agree with ThereIsNoCure: you dither too much. I like the depth you achieved to create.

And about skills - I'm amateur, I joined this site, because I was seeking for any game sprites. I thought "hmm... nice idea for arts" and I started this art since 24.06. , so be tolerance, please, and give me some time for improve skills ;)

I have bad previews are bad, bacause I usually forget, that I have to make it... Maybe no problem? I haven't internet on my computer. I bring pieces to my grandmother's computer and upload it. Then I remind myself, that I must make previews. Then I make it, but on my granny's computer isn't any good programs to conversions. I know, in 'net is online program for conversions, but I don't remember adress.

The anatomy is strange, the dithering is overdone, the colors are a bit too saturated, the neck of the guitar is rather messy, and he looks rather strange without eyes.  All-in-all not bad, I personally think it's gallery worthy, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.  The preview also looks like a bad .gif conversion, as such a clean preview will be needed before submission to the gallery is considered.
The problem with the previews is also present in several other pieces of yours, it would be best to change those as well, por favor.
