The title is AUGUST because it's in ARABIC and اب does NOT mean "water" in ARABIC, (it means water in farsi only and the title is not in farsi!)
as for why, i already said that because august is not officially autumn, but the piece is of august submitted as autumn, i didn't want to make it so obvious.

My searches came out on Persian immediately. In persian it means water for sure (as well), in arabic مائي should do as water ;). ah well, it does not matter that much :)Any specific reason for the title water and the language Arabic?

i felt that i got better colors by keeping the greens, so i kept it on the edge of autumn, then put it into a language that nobody here probably speaks so that most people would assume that it's regular autumn :P.

Haiku #2? Also what does the title mean? I quickly looked it up then...and the best I can come up with is it meaning August, which isn't quite Autumn (unless you're Irish?).Anyway, aside from that, this is great. I love the impressionist feel you've tried to give this. I especially like the coloured border.
