Ку3bMu4, да, торцы овальные, в данном случае они закрываются плотной доской. Насчет лестницы спс, подумаю :)

Отлично! Только торцы брёвен из сруба сложены параллелепипедами, а они, по идее овальные =) И лестницу бы продолжить до конька по самой крыше, как это часто делают в деревнях.
