A balcony for the joint.

I hope the guy inside is ok, looks like he got hit.

Edit: added armour over the doors with a small door for looking outside and a smaller door for sniping

kettel, no it was not meant to remind anyone of the first fallouts mainly because I don't know what the first fallouts are!
