Interesting shapes. But head is put forward too much. You should move it so that neck and right eye (to us) be on the same vertical line - you'll see it will look better. Also eyes are pink and it doesn't work - that brown pixels at top of eyes (brows and hair) are real direction which she looks in for viewer, so it seems that maybe she needs a doctor? Try more conventional color. Also hair is too random.
Except rendering of the head I like it.
