It was meant to be a pirate, but my friends told me it looked more like a scientist... Edit: Iv'e redone the beard and hair, the old one can be seen here!

I like everything except the hair. Seems to lack the same amount of detail the rest has.

I think you could of used a little less colours on the character, and then you could of made a background. All in all it seems good, but I don't like the shading on the lab coat.
