I'm rather late with my holiday junk this year, but the idea for this just hit me, this morning.  It's in native NES resolution, using 24 colours from a NES palette.

It's a nitpick but even though it's NES resolution, and uses NES colors, you'd never be able to display this on an actual NES. The reasons why are complicated and technical though, so I'll leave it at that.
