For the record (since it's mine now bwahahahaha), I think the arms and legs look fine (my arm does actually bend like that, if you do the same with yours and look at it, you can see the curve of the wrist quite clearly), the dithering in the shading gives the skin an interesting sort of depth, the torso isn't too long at all, and despite the fact that you can't really turn your head that far, I think it makes her look more creative to have that head angle on it.  Oh, and the halo is positioned perfectly.

I'm aware of the neck AB pointed it out. But the torso legnth and leg legnth were entirely intentional. The arm doesn't look broken to me (but that might just be me, i can see where your coming from though that's actually meant to be the forshortened contour of the arm). How are her legs disconnected? I drew her entire arse before putting the cloth over it specifically to stop that issue.

The inconsistant dithering is a personal choice and not something i'll ever change as it's present in all my works. (it's just how i work) xD;;

Generally to soften harshness you can point out one thing the person did right. ;D

Not to be a anatomy Nazi, but.. yeah - her anatomy is ALL messed up. Her torso is about twice the length it should be. Her legs connect to... I don't think they connect to anything - it's possible they just grow out of the ground. her neck appears to be broken in at least two places, and she has an additional joint between her elbow and her wrist.
Try sketching your people out as simple stick figures and more complex box models before adding all the detail. Also - try to keep the dithering consistent, if you insist on using it in the first place.

Edit: Wow - this came out WAY harsher than I intended to sound - sorry about that.

*goes to have a look* That's kinda interesting, i see where your coming from as useing it as a styalistic point. This peice is really a eclectic mix of differant shading styles, not consistant at all!

*tries to turn her head*

Your right. Fuck. Thanks for that, but unfortunatly not something i'll go back and change now it's done since that's a major overhaul. Something to think about for future works though. >__>;;

Usually such dithering is not working on skin, but it turned out in your piece to some shiny effect quite similar to works of Hannes Bok:

However, you can't turn your head to such big degree. UPD: BE CAREFUL TRYING!!

Thankyou, i agree 100% with your comment about the skin. But i kinda liked it that way when i finished so i left it. If i do go back to change anything it would be to add a shade or two on the skin and remove the dithering. : )

Cool piece, I like the cloth. I do however think you over-dithered the skin, it gave it kind of a rough grainy texture.
