Maybe you could alter the animation so that the car seems to be passing the fence very quickly. Make it such that the vertical part of the fence reaches the right side of the sprite, so that it'll look as though it is continuous. Now it looks like the fence and the white lines are shaking left and right of the car. Good luck on the editting! :)
