Well, English isn't my mother tongue, and I can only guess whether the "highest time" thing is grammatically a well-formed phrase, but reckon people can and will understand its meaning. There's one very close idiomatic expression with fixed syntax in English, "it's (0 article) high time" (followed by a past tense phrase) that is. It means “it should be done right fucking now,” or “why it isn't done already!? -- it should have BEEN done freaking years ago!” The title, then, would sound like: "It's high time I cleaned my room", but I believe the "highest" variation is also possible (yet I have no slightest clue which tense it "takes”). It would make no sense to have a logical combination of words that don't mean shit in English, don't you think? :)

hmm, I thought that combination of words "the highest time" doesn't have any particular meaning in english xD when You translate it word by word into polish, it has a meaning, and that  "It's about time I cleaned my room" would be easier to understand ... but now that I googled a bit, I guess I am wrong :P

A juz myslalem, ze cos z tego angielskiego umiem :P

PS to mods: when I posted the comment, polish characters like ± ¶ ¿ æ ó worked, but when I edited it, they no longer did.

The head feels a bit lacking in depth (well less than the rest of the image!) but it's a great pixel!
