Well, actually. I did a big part on the Indie Brawl Xoda sprite. I was under the name DJ when working on it but I changed my name to Shawny recently. This sprite IS meant to look similar to it but I can assure you I did make this one completely custom. I also got lazy when colouring this sprite so I just opened up my old file for the original xoda indie brawl and just took the colours from my favourite version.

even if this is heavily referenced from indie brawl i like it. 

Looks a lot like the sprite used in Indie Brawl. The eyes/nose/mouth are identical. Hair is different and the clothes are a bit different. Some of the colors in the palette are identical as well. I'm not sure if this is heavily referenced, an older sprite made by the team, or if you are in fact one of the members ("Shawn" isn't listed anywhere in the topic, but people use several different names onlines...)

Mind clearing that up?

Noitu Love right? The black outline is a bit much for such a small image,  but that may just be the style...
