just a little avatar piece that i finally got around to finishing. simple, cute, and clean was what i was going for. Inspired by the pocket fighter 'chibi' features of their in-game sprite renditions.

simple cute and clean is what you achieved.

nifty desaturated purple etc.. Only thing that sticks out a little is the antialias (or the lack of it) between lip and teeth,

Nicely rendered. He's got a bit of a feminine vibe in him - don't know if that was intended. It's probably just me but I feel that the big eyes against the flame type eyebrows doesn't quite match.

I really enjoying what you did with his gi:)

why thanks for pointing that out. the eyelash angle looks a bit flat yeah? sort of like a puppy dog look. what a sorry b**** haha. Relaunching my website and working on some fun new stuff, so i should be a good bit more active in the near future. Lots of extremely well developed talent here, its a bit intimidating really. everyones gotten so good!

   Nice of you to join us again, you lazy bastardo....I like the soft tones, and also dig the fact that you haven't lost your touch with the smooth AA you're known for. The only critique I have for this is not so much the technique, but the expression: ie, the facial expression. The mouth's emotion don't seem to match the eyes. His eye's say deep thought, looking else where, while his teeth show frustration, grinding, anger. I know one would say they can manifest themselves in the same emotion some times, but here, it looks odd. At any rate, it's top notch, and hope to see you post more junk-funk.
