pixel submission for weekly contest. A bit of an exercise of color mainly here, composition is a bit invented and nonsensical. some detail still needs to be refined to my eye particularly with the feathers in the wings.

 This is really well done.  I can't see any flaws in this.  I really like how you did the dithering here and also the black outline really sharpens the whole image.
