Oh, this is just lovely. I really like how you handled the tones and shading of her skin and the draping/folds of her clothes.

I love the waistline area ... I am not sure what it is, but it's intriguing! 

I like the lighting as well.

I think Bob has the idea, that her face seems kind of flat.  You can hardly see an cheek bone or chin definition or the outside lines of her face (on our right).  There's also something about her left hand (our right) that seems unnatural.  I think her palm is too big in comparison to the fingers and thumb.  Or maybe it's that the palm is flat instead of rounded around the edges and indented in the middle.

But at any rate, I think the piece is beautiful.  I love the design of her clothing as well as the lovely shading that gives her so much volume and depth.  Plus your colors are amazing!  Great job.

looks a bit like she's made of wood.

I know it's supposed to be a bit cartoony, but I feel her face/head doesn't seem to match her body. I can't quite describe it, must be her facial features, but it seems like her face is flat. Neck seems a bit long too. well...um, nevermind. Just something seems a bit off in the head region, is all I can say. Everything else looks good, though.
