First I deleted AA on outline - you don't need AA when you have an outline, it wil only make picture blurry. Now to numbers:

1. Eyes. There are many ways to draw pixel eyes. As with other things, it is a matter of experiment until not only you understand what is drawn, but viewer can understand too.

2. Nose. Dark line is not needed because top of the nose is not in shadow but highlighted instead.

3. Lips, also matter of experiment.

4,5. Relaxed arms reach 3/4 of height of the leg, so with lenght of the arms you drew they have to bend somehow. We can show bending by using shadows.

We need to better define woman figure, and it's main points are breast and waist. So we accentuate them.

6. Hijab. On your picture it looks monolythic, don't really looking like textile. You need to add folds - drawing folds is a large part in artistic education, so you have to practice from time to time.

This is over AAed and he/she doesn't really even look like a girl.
