Weekly Challenge: 8 Color Music
@Frost: Ungefär, jag slog på Dansbandskampen av misstag! 
The texture is really cool. Considering the facial expression the music must be Sven-Ingvars or something. 
The note is much much better now than in the preview, as quavers below the middle line of the music staff have their flag curving down (and inwards) :) I didn't see it before the edit and when I saw this version it was clear to me that it was a note.
You could make it even clearer by showing a bit of the note head peeping out (as suggested below), but as it's oval and attached to the side of the stem you'd probably need to move the note a couple of pixels lower?

hi richard, im just stopping to say i really admire your work, especially the latest pieces. you have a very unique and distinguishable style that evokes some nice amiga demoscene memories. please keep the 8 color series flowing!
Looks great and will get my vote. My suggestion would be to reduce that tragus and show the note's head peeping out a bit from the hole.
D: I would never have thought it was a note. I was actually thinking it was a traffic light - ie. there's musical traffic going around in your head and you want it to stop. But a Black Flag tribute would also be acceptable.
Anyway, the piece itself is nice. Great colours and I like the " \o/ " dithering in the bottom right hand corner. This is a lot better than your first entry, even though it's not immediately clear as to what the object in your ear is.
I saw a flag, and still see it even knowing it's not. You should really do something about it, it's the whole point of the pic, isn't it?
It's supposed to be a NOTE stuck in the ear... perhaps there is no real-real note looking exactly like that (didn't bother to investigate)? But trust me, it's a note! 
(But if it makes you feel better let's say it's [a note] from a Black Flag song, although I don't know them! )
Earworms! I'm not sure why you chose a flag (unless, as someone just suggested to me, it was a Black Flag song you had stuck in your head!), but this is aaawesome nonetheless. Supersmooth, as always.

oh this is awesome! I have had alot of songs stuck in my head laetly, I think it's a bad sign, today it was institutionalized by suicidal tendencies. 5/5

Nice, but the idea of music is not obvious enough to me. The skin texture (which is awesome by the way) and the concept don't really match, it seems a bit groundless.
