This is great. Something about the left arm bugs me but that's probably just me. Dwarf Fortress is great BTW, I'm looking forward to the iso project being finished.

The (his) right foot makes a strange twist when it's all the way behind him. Other than that it's nice and smooth!

Thanks for the comments, guys! Ryath, I made some corrections according to your suggestions. Unfortunately anything more than that makes the beard look too wild, while getting rid of that small "bump" makes it too tidy. (that is assuming you meant the pixel from the beard).

Slym: do you think inserting another frame there would be the thing to do?

Great job on the animation, this is very nice for a first.

 The front of the foot is a little too flat, and there is a single pixel hanging from the both that looks a little odd on its own.

On the positive, I like the face, and the animation itself was well done.

This is really great for your first animation! It seems like on one of the frames his foot shoots out a little too much. But other than that, its pretty perfect.
