That's a good idea about the beginning of the jump looking more...jumpy.  might make him crouch down a bit in anticipation for the last few frames of the gif.

I think the anim could be more fluid, esp the beginning of the jump might look more... jumpy!

You might also try to use the green for a little touch of AA on the sword.
