The design's amazing, and I love the little cheshire cat <3
Great character concept. I think you could find a way of defining the flamingoes more; they sort of get lost in the dress. I think it's just a minor contrast issue.
Besides that, excellent job.
Gorgeous character work. I agree with the others on the weapon hold, though. If these are slashing weapons, her right wrist should be turned so that her knuckles are down and the flamingo points away from her body. Her other (left) hand is positioned just fine, but the flamingo should be the other way around in it, business end out.
Of course, maybe your flamingos observe strange wonderland physics that make them more effective the way she's got them, I don't know. ^_^

They are pretty damn cool. Nice work 
I do think however that the way she holds the flamincos are a bit odd. She holds them like she would stab with them instead of hitting/swinging. But if she really intends to stab she should be holding more in the middle. Does this make sense?
