 Fantastic concept. :D My only gripe is that his teeth blend in with the rest of his face and make the dark part of his mouth look like the ONLY part of his mouth; as a result his face looks sort of 'stretched' and he looks vaguely like he has an animal's head.

Heh! I wouldn't take it too literally as the dude has a light saber in his hand and a learning sign on his head. The generals also did wear full armour, but maybe I should of fancied his armour a bit more to include robes etc:

Nice work! (but I thought this palette was specifically for a Shogun (a General) rather than regular Samurai (any member of the military)?)

 somehow I feel that his feet are a bit too bulky, but this is brilliant as usual Stickman, I love the armor!

Only little thing, I think the back leg might be darker to emphasize the strong diagonal. Alternatively, remove or lower contrast on those mushrooms / flowers at the base of the tree.

I really love the design of this, nice use of the colours.

Just make sure you're using the correct colours though.
