These competitions are for fun and experience, the rankings are just a bonus.

Don't take the results so seriously and if you disagree keep it to yourself. Simply telling someone their pieces doesn't deserve a certian rank is unhelpful, unnecesary and really can't be interpreted in a good way.

I'm sure you didn't mean your comment to be inflammatory, but try to stick to positive comments or CLEAR constuctive critisms in the future- to avoid the need any defensiveness.

Mars, you're totally wrong. Rather than being jealous, I think other pieces (I'm not talking about mine) deserved better places. Do you want examples? 1 2 3 4 5 6 (I commented on this one, I said this piece deserved the 2nd place).

Also, let's tell the truth here, it doesn't look like a bigfoot, looks entirely like a baboon. The shading needs more care and the feet are really weird. I like the hands and the overall expression, but I think the piece fails in other aspects, so that's why I think other pieces are better.

I don't like to (and don't want to) quarrel here, I just get outraged when people says these things about me, and I think I have the right to defend myself. Sorry, Randommonkies, if I offended you.

I wish that someone would put all the entries into one game where you just fight endless variations of yetis/bigfoots.

Congrats on the 2nd place; this was more than deserving of it; regardless of what anybody else says (it's just jealousy so ignore it) I hoped you would win but second is still great.
