I took the liberty of changing the color pallet of your creation to make it perfectly match the actual album cover.

Your pixel art is flawless~ it's amazing work you've done there, and I give you kudos for such a great master piece.

The only problem you had with it, was that you were trying to color it with a pallet from Zero from Megaman Zero.  Which doesn't work in this case, because if you're as big a fan of the game as I am, you'd notice that the Zero from that MYTHOS album cover, is Ultimate Zero. (Zero with the Ultimate Form equipped from Megaman Zero 2 and so on, later known as Omega Zero).  His colors in that form are a bit duller and his hair almost white.  That's why I wanted to tweak it a bit.  I hope you approve of it.  And again, congratulations on an awesome pixel art.

For some odd reason, I seem to like the preview image more.

I've edited the hair and it look better now

The hair doesn't exactly flow too well with the rest of the piece. I think you tried too hard with the detail on the hair. Sprites tend to look a lot better when details are simplified.
