I sketched out a concept that seemed pretty decent.  I suppose the idea is that this character contains the colors of the season without looking too christmas like.  Perhaps a guardian type that beats up the thugs trying to mug you in a snowy alley... who knows... hope it's cool looking.  I'm sure I could have spent more time on the palette and made several other improvements but... I didn't... Next week (or whenever) should be even better.  I suppose that's the idea anyway.
