This looks weird all over. Once, in school, I was assigned to make a collage, then to make a painting of that collage. This reminds me of that, except this is very cool (mine wasn't). This guy looks patched-together from magazine clippings by the dissonance in perspective, the angular & scattered placement of features, and the slight color mismatches between body parts. Surely this was this intentional? I am voting for it, because I like it a lot!
