Nice lol! reminds of that blue creature you did.
The idea is fantastic and the design also. But what really boggles the mind is how it looks so crisp and clean, with so few colours, so subtle AA and almost no dithering. 0.o
Isn't the shadow on the ground a bit weird though?
This is both great imagination and pixel skill. Even better than your previous works. The only downside is one of your recent works (monsastar i guess) looks too similar. Still a winner.

R1k: Awesome edit. I might tinker around with the colors in a bit. Despite it being mold, I do enjoy the vibrant colors though that edit really opens my eyes. Thank you!

It's actually spelt balogne haha. Piece is great though, I've always loved your style, but the front forearm looks a little flat because your missing shading underneath the stretched slime.
Is it bad if this piece makes me crave mouldy sandwiches? D:
I did color edit trying to get it like mold (added some badly drawn mushrooms on him too)

I kind of like these more nuetral colors, but I think it really just comes down to a matter of personal preference.

r1k: Yea, I tried to give it a blue-ish/grey tint but wasn't able to do it sucessfully, it looked quite bad. :( Hopefully it doesn't stray too far from what mold should look like, though. Thanks!

looks great. Only criticism is that if that was mold, it probibly wouldnt be that bright green color, but a duller green or possibly grayish blue. Not that that really matter though.
If I had a million dollars, I would just hire Delicious to make pixel art for every occasion.
