Very nice one. The colors and dithering has a certain early Irem style to it.

I agree, especially about the dithering! I think the color count and the outlines aren't big problems in comparison to this one. But it would be even better without these issues, of course.

Nevertheless, I love the colors and the design!

Looks great, but I think there is room for improvement.

The use of outlines is inconsistent, and probably too heavy.
I love the color atmosphere, but there are just too many colors (79!).
Too much dithering too, instead of better detailing and texturing.
