I feel too cool.
I dont care if its done by hand or photoshop function. What I care, with all the respect, is if it looks good, have a purpose, tells some story, gives you some feeling (be it nostalgia alone). This image just fails telling you anything exept "its a badly screwed portrait of girl". What's the point creating something like that ?
if you ask me a piece of this standard could be done by either computer or hand but how would we know either way. newayz either way im still feeling this image altho i do think its a bit too life like.
I just don't have enough evidence to tell me that this is hand pixeled. You cannot post art here unless it is HAND pixeled. I have searched your website and your deviant art gallery, and I find no other pixel art pieces. The dithering for this piece is too random, and there are too many elements in this picture that have the clear mark of the computer.
For example, the strap of her shirt. Notice how it is all jagged. If it was pixeled by hand, why not pixel the strap in a straight line?
