This is a fantastic piece.  May I ask, what engine are you using?

big brother (Level 11 Admiral) at 2/23/2012 11:33:00 AM

But I want to know what's in the satchel and the chest!

Graconius (Level 1 Rookie) at 2/15/2012 10:54:00 PM

Thanks again, the color are bleak because I want to reserve bright colors to the special effects and characters, here even more so since I want a darker atmosphere in this part of the game, the satchel and chest are not using the same palette that the rest of the forest as I plan to use them in different parts, but the chest is recycled so it does need improvement.

Beautiful!  Excellent variety!

xxmantisxx (Level 6 Serial Killer) at 2/15/2012 12:39:00 PM

 Very nice man!

8BitBeard (Level 4 Shichikyu) at 2/15/2012 1:46:00 AM

very nice iso work. The colors are a bit bleak imho, I'd play around a little bit with saturation and contrast.

Papermoon (Level 3 Enforcer) at 2/15/2012 1:42:00 AM

lovely : )

Damian (Level 9 Federal Agent) at 2/15/2012 1:34:00 AM

This look great, you have lot of natural talent! Do you by chance do any other art? Digitally or otherwise? I'd love to see a link to a DA account or something if you do.

Thank you everyone. Below 5000 chars?

Graconius (Level 1 Rookie) at 2/14/2012 10:24:00 PM

So would I. Thank you.

Graconius (Level 1 Rookie) at 2/14/2012 10:19:00 PM

I’m a rookie, if something looks better or worse it still happens by chance, but this was 100% custom.

Good work!

Sterner Regnix (Level 6 Serial Killer) at 2/14/2012 7:28:00 PM

iso-gorgeous! ...I'm lovin' it!

kevink (Level 2 Flatfoot) at 2/14/2012 6:13:00 PM

The quality and style throughout this piece are very diverse.  Which makes me wonder if this is 100% custom.

anokhee (Level 1 Depressed) at 2/14/2012 3:12:00 PM

It's beautiful! I'd totally play a game that looked like that :3

Gavralcraw (Level 5 Killer Klown) at 2/14/2012 2:17:00 PM

This is great! Fantastic trees, and the rocks rock.

Benjiro (Level 8 Shodan) at 2/14/2012 12:40:00 PM

i say. perfect

yrizoud (Level 6 SWAT) at 2/14/2012 12:36:00 PM

Greenery and rocks look excellent, I'm sure any fans of Final Fantasy Tactics would kill for such a tileset. Overall, it only needs a bit of balancing on colors/contrast. If all sprites like the satchel and chest have very different colors than the scenery, they don't need to have such contrast : they'll stand out by their own.

There are two problems in the stone roof, the dither pattern is doubled in one place horizontally, and in another place vertically (much less visible). A tile-cutting issue ?

Nice! I like it.

ultimaodin (Level 3 Corporate Drone) at 2/14/2012 9:28:00 AM

I like these tiles a lotactually. The chest however feels like it could use some work.

The medium length grass is a bit too square; maybe try adding some additional mid-length grass tiles to break the grid. The tree on top of the grass middle left looks like it's ontop of the trees.
